Nurcinus Our name “Nurcinus” derives from the Latin term “Nurcinii”, the inhabitants of Norcia (Umbria),
famous for the manufacturing and processing of pork.

After years of experience in his father's delicatessen, mr. Osvaldo Valzelli founded the Nurcinus workshop, combining old family traditions with modern technologies to produce Brescia's typical cold cuts.
